2025 Disability, Recruiting, Employment, and Access Matters Business Training Series (D.R.E.A.M.)
Join IDVR and topic experts from various Idaho disability groups expand your knowledge and learn how your business can create a more inclusive workplace for persons with disabilities. This series will also help you to access and maintain good employees who are part of the relatively untapped talent pool of persons with disabilities.
This Lunch and Learn style training series will explore a new topic each month to answer your questions about diversity and disability in the workplace and when working with the public. All sessions will have time included for Q&A at the end of the session so please be sure to bring your questions, or submit them in advance to mikayla.monaghan@vr.idaho.gov

2025 National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) Lunch & Learn Business Training:
To celebrate National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) in October Idaho Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and Idaho Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired is offering an additional training opportunity for businesses to join us for one or more of this five session series. The goal of this series is to equip those that attend with increased knowledge to support inclusive practices to support persons with disabilities inclusion and success in employment.
