Agency policy statements and guidance documents shall not have the force and effect of law pursuant to section 67-5207A , Idaho Code. IDVR policies are aligned with state and federal regulations and are subject to approval by the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA). To maintain compliance with evolving sub-regulatory guidance, IDVR updates its policies as required and in accordance with public notification procedures.
IDVR’s Field Services Policy Manual is not new law but is the Division’s interpretation of existing law per Executive Order No. 2020-02, Transparency in Agency Guidance Documents
