Training Services

VR is able to provide customized trainings whether you are seeking training for all employees or a smaller group of employees. We can provide training on disability etiquette and ADA topics. Disability etiquette topics to include current appropriate disability language, reducing disability stigma, and disability best practices. ADA topics available include general ADA overview, reasonable accommodations, and employer responsibilities under the ADA. If you would like to request for your business please reach out to our Business Relations Manager to develop your customized training.

Building Your Talent Pipeline

VR partners with local school districts and businesses to provide work experiences, informational interviews, and job shadows for students with disabilities year round. If you would like to partner with VR to provide students with these valuable experiences, please reach out to any of our offices for more information.

Candidate Prescreening

Do you have a position that you need to fill but are not getting candidates with the qualifications that you are seeking? Provide VR with the desired qualifications and skills needed for your open positions and VR can prescreen candidates that meet your minimum requirements and VR will refer qualified candidates to your open positions.
