VR Services: How to Apply

Who may apply for VR services?

Any individual with a disability that prevents him/her from working may apply. A VR Counselor will assess your situation and determine whether or not you are eligible for VR services.

How can I apply?

If you, or someone you know, are interested in applying for Vocational Rehabilitation Services:

• Print and fill out Referral Information Sheet.
• Contact the VR Office nearest you to submit your referral sheet.
• Make an appointment at the VR office nearest you.
